Shipping Methods & Package Tracking

We ship worldwide.
Whether you need to purchase a few sheets or a full container, Mosaic Tile Supplies, LLC can offer you the best variety of shipping options at reasonable prices.

Available Shipping Methods
We ship by all Fed Ex methods, including Ground, Home Delivery, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air, as well as International Ground to Canada and International Economy & Priority services worldwide.

Common Carrier Freight service is available for all heavyweight (pallet) shipments in the U.S..

Please note that free shipping offers (when available) are valid only to U.S. residents. However, we do offer discounted rates for free ship items to customers in U.S. Territories and Canada.

For overseas samples order, we ship by USPS International or DHL; For small shipments, we offer DHL, Fed Ex and UPS options. Large shipments to overseas destinations can be sent by standard ocean freight or air freight- please contact us for shipping quotes. Note that all tax and brokerage fees for overseas shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For sample shipments, we also offer Priority shipping via the U.S Post Office.

Order Fulfillment Times
Most items ship within 1-3 business days, dependent on our current order volume.However, some items may require a longer order fulfillment time. Please refer to the specific product description for details.

Shipments by overnight mail placed before 11:00 am CST ship same day. Overnight orders placed after 11:00 am CST will ship the next business day.

Made to Order items may require up to 14 days for fabrication prior to shipment.

Transit times just got faster. For the average transit time to your location from our TX warehouse, please view the transit map below:

PLEASE NOTE: Postal packages ship out daily and have an average 2-3 days in transit for Priority shipping, but U.S. Postal transit times are NOT guaranteed. If you have a time-sensitive order, please choose the appropriate Fed Ex shipping option.

Damaged Shipments
We insist on quality products for our clients, and insure all shipments (except samples) for that reason. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please keep the package intact just as it arrived, and call (936) 653-8099 or send an email which includes your Order ID# to Service Dept. so that we can file an insurance claim and have the order returned to our office OR picked up by the carrier at no cost to you.
